When setting out to sell my house I had two things in mind. The first being, the real estate agent should be professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. What I found in Judy, after looking at a few agents, was not only the above, but a person who looked after my best interest and continued to impress me from start to finish. Although I consider myself lucky and was able to sell my house quickly, the process was seamless and stress free. Judy took me by the hand through all aspects of what would happen and the part I had to play. Judy also helped me with my second thing I had to do to sell my house, and that was to present my house like it came straight out of House and Garden.

I can’t recommend her enough

Judy was warm and friendly, but also appealed to the business side of my nature, which has a degree of directness and perfectionism. The most important thing to me was that Judy ALWAYS returned my calls and answered all my inane questions. I was also surprised at how hard she worked for both the buyer and myself at all hours. The feedback she gave me from the inspections was great and gave me an excellent insight into what the buyer thought of my house, good or otherwise. I have gone on to recommend Judy to a number of people, which I believe, shows that I was truly impressed by her service.
