Max Gracie Career Profile

There's a lot to be said about growing up in a family of successful real estate professionals.  Max Gracie's Dad is Queensland Sotheby's International Realty Senior Sales Executive, Glenn Gracie. The two of them make quite a pair, and when you meet one and then the other, you'll understand the apple doesn't fall far from the tree – in the very best of ways.

Max is a local lad.  He grew up in New Farm where he did the daily commute for school to Churchie. Max knows the area like only a local can – things like some stories of the fine old homes, where the best coffee is, and which team will lose against his at New Farm Park next game.  Max plays senior soccer for New Farm United most weekends - you can't get much more local than that. Max also maintains his passion for volleyball and his old schoolboy ties by coaching Churchie Junior team. With enviable authentic people skills like his Dad that engender confidence and allay fears, Max Gracie can hold his own with anyone. He's a charmer and a nice guy with it.

But don't let the nice guy exterior fool you. Max is fiercely ambitious and plans to enjoy a long, successful career as an inner-city real estate professional like his Dad.  Max has seen first-hand that the best way to achieve the kind of success he aims for: building relationships over time with respect, trust, delivering what and when you say you will, and being authentic.

Max Gracie is part of the team at Queensland Sotheby's International Realty located at Level 4, 194 Breakfast Creek Road, Newstead QLD. For all your local property needs in this area, get in touch with Max.
