Competition Terms and Conditions

Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty Promotional Competition

  • This competition complies with the requirements for Category 4 Promotional Games under the Queensland Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999.
  • Entry is free.
  • The promotion is being conducted by Queensland Sotheby’ International Realty of 30 Tedder Avenue, Main Beach Queensland 4217.

 

Eligibility Conditions

  • The competition is offered to any individual who donates $10AUD (ten dollars) or more to the GoFundMe Campaign – ‘Help bring Seabins to Main Beach’
  • Individuals who donate $10AUD (ten dollars) or more will be supplied with a form to complete which collects their information to enter in the draw.
  • Only one entry will be lodged for each individual who donates more than $10AUD. It is the individual’s responsibility to complete the Competition Entry Form and lodge same to the Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty representative available.
  • The Competition will commence 9:00am AEST (+10:00UTC) 1st September 2018.
  • The Competition will close upon reaching the GoFundMe Campaign target of $6,000 or on 30th June, 2019 – whichever occurs first. The winner will be drawn within 48 hours after the competition closure. The draw will take place at Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty, located at 30 Tedder Avenue, Main Beach, Queensland. There is no requirement for the winning entrant to be present.
  • There will be only one (1) prize of a Magnum sized Moet (1.5L) supplied by Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty.
  • The winner must be over the legal age required to purchase alcohol (18 years).
  • The prize-winner will be notified by telephone and email immediately following the draw.
  • The competition is not open to employees or officeholders of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty.

 

 

Competition Closes upon reaching the the GoFundMe Campaign target of $6,000 or at 11.59pm AEST on 31st January, 2019 – whichever occurs first.
