Fancy moving beachside to tropical Port Douglas but unsure how you'll earn an income? What if the property you live in is also a solid income earner?
Frangipani Villa is a purpose-built B&B, with a large, sumptuous living space for the owner downstairs and three separate king-size rooms upstairs, each with balconies over-looking the stunning lagoon-style pool. This is an architecturally stunning residence designed to ensure maximum enjoyment of life in the tropics.
Andrews Close is a beautiful, leafy, beachside cul-de-sac. The majority of properties here are successful holiday rental properties, due to the quiet location. At the beach end, in the best position of all, is Frangipani Villa. A 30m walkway, right beside, leads to Solander Park, then you're on the beach, all within one minute!
Impressive tropical architecture, the whole villa literally opens out to one of the most beautifully landscaped pools in Port Douglas, creating a private oasis! Fully tiled, the Master suite takes pride poolside, with adjoining ensuite and office. Enjoy the truly tropical ambience in the very open living space and kitchen with an all-in-one stainless steel bench with an insinkerator and the other being solid marble.
Your B&B guests can come and go internally or they can use the separate exterior stairs to access their room. Each guest room is quite large, with TV, coffee/tea nook, fridge, balcony and a large, fully tiled ensuite. Table tennis, beach bikes, BBQ, it's all there!
This could be one big home for a someone, but Frangipani has operated as a very successful B&B in the past and now it awaits new owners to add their energy, their flair.
