Cool, Calm and Contemporary
Pool Resort is one of Port Douglas' freshest and most modern in design. The resort offers guests an unsurpassed view over the Mirage Golf Course with the mountains beyond, including the World famous Mossman Gorge, while being an easy walk to St Crispins Cafe and the beach.
A particularly well managed resort, the on-managers told me they especially like this apartment, in fact they say it's one of their best!! Why? Because it is at the very southern end of the building which means it has just one neighbour, has its own stairwell and has such easy access.
Add to this, it has been very well maintained and updated by the current owner, presenting like new. As it on the end of the building, there's a unique window above the kitchen bench which adds wonderful light and space to the interior. But it's really all about the view! The tri-folding, sliding glass doors are literally floor-to-ceiling so the tropics come inside to meet you! You have a sizable balcony from which to soak up the tropical atmosphere, while looking out over the length of the 185m pool. Not just any pool, we're talking 'designer pool'!
This is not a pokey little apartment, its light and bright with comfortable contemporary living spaces. Fully self-contained, the kitchen has a 4 burner gas cooktop, large fridge, dishwasher and plenty of storage. Two generous bedrooms, one with QS bed, one with 2x King single beds. A fully tiled, modern bathroom, complete laundry cupboard with washing machine and dryer. To be sold as you see it, all furniture and inclusions, walk-in walk-out. Every apartment has parking, there's a huge underground carpark below.
The on-site managers are taking record breaking bookings for their owners for 2021, the income will reach new heights this year. Owners may use their apartment as often as they choose, no limits! The apartment itself is low maintenance, the Body Corp is financial, so this is an obvious choice for an astute investor.
