Isle of Capri is a large island located on the Nerang River and acts as a bridge from Bundall to Surfers Paradise.
It is a relaxed suburb that does not have the heavy mix of units seen in some neighbouring suburbs. It is a prestigious island that has many exclusive riverside houses (you'll find some of the Gold Coast's biggest here) and many older homes that can be modernised for good resale.
Most homes are located on the water so it's a popular place for boating enthusiasts.
Isle of Capri is just a short walk from the bright lights of Surfers Paradise but also offers residents a quiet escape with cute little cafes and plenty of riverway for taking out the boat.
