Such a professional but also a very personal touchI am writing to you regarding the purchase of our new home with Carol Carter. Even though our settlement was back in January this year, I have been meaning to write to you regarding how professional Carol was in assisting us to find the right property for our situation. Originally we sold our home which was large, many stairs and becoming difficult for me to look after as my husband had suffered a stroke towards the end of 2016 and as a result is partially blind. So after contacting Carol she suggested that we might like to consider Royal Pines at Benowa. We looked at several properties at Royal Pines in different areas and eventually settled on where we now reside. Carol was extremely professional in her negotiations for us, every part of the deal went smoothly, there was no stress as we felt confident every step during the entire process. We moved into our new one level villa, my husband and I are extremely happy. I now am having golf lessons which is a first for me and allows me some time to be out and about in a very secure safe environment which was not possible before. During the few days after moving into our new home Carol personally delivered and presented us with a very nice gift of Champagne and a leather wine carrier, both were beautifully wrapped with a very kind hand written note.
