Daniel embarked on his professional journey 26 years ago, commencing his career at a division of Raine & Horne in Brisbane. Specialising in property investment sales and project marketing, his team were the number 1 Raine & Horne office in Queensland in 1999.

Eager to understand the financial side of a property transaction, Daniel became a bank manager with Suncorp and worked extensively with high net-worth clients. As time progressed, Daniel established his own mortgage broking business, swiftly earning recognition as the Number 1 Franchise Nationally out of 250 franchisees. He was subsequently appointed the General Manager of the national investment sales arm generating over $216 million in sales per annum.

In 2011, fuelled by a desire for independence and driven by a passion to educate and empower clients, Daniel ventured into establishing his own independent finance and real estate company. Today, he partners with his life and business partner, Melissa Schembri, as a Senior Sales Executive and Director of Sotheby's Maroochydore office, embodying a commitment to unparalleled service & outstanding sales results.
