Her background includes many years working aboard large motor yachts throughout Europe, where she developed exceptional operational coordination skills and a refined understanding of luxury service standards. Tina further strengthened her adaptability and attention to detail securing roles as a personal assistant and office manager across a diverse range of industries, including psychiatry, financial services and yacht crew recruitment.

In her time on Hamilton Island, Tina worked with Qantas Airways as well as within luxury property and yacht concierge services, honing her ability to deliver seamless, high-end client experiences in fast-paced, client-focused environments. She also continues to manage one of Queensland Sotheby's record-sale properties in the exclusive enclave of The Beacons, reflecting the trust placed in her expertise and professionalism.

Tina played an instrumental role in helping establish Queensland Sotheby's International Realty's Whitsundays office in 2022 and 2023 and remains a valued contributor to its ongoing success. Now proudly back with the Whitsundays team, she continues to provide support as a trusted team member and collaborator.
