Michelle has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry as a Sales Executive, and has worked alongside Jan Goetze for more than 9 years.

In her role, Michelle is involved in everything from listing properties and negotiating sales to working with buyers and providing full administrative support, including contracts. She's a versatile all-rounder, always ready to assist Jan in any aspect of the business.

A lifelong Redlands resident, Michelle has been immersed in the world of real estate for as long as she can remember. Her early entry into the property market at age 19, has given her a unique insight into the buying and selling process, allowing her to truly understand what clients are experiencing at every stage.

Over the past 31 years, Michelle has gained extensive hands-on experience, completing home renovations, building, and selling homes, and owning property in the U.S. She's also been actively involved in property development, including small subdivisions, for the last 10 years. With decades of experience in the building and development sectors, she has a wealth of knowledge to draw on.
